‘The plan itself is worthless, but planning is worth everything.’ Immerse yourself in your work with full focus, but remember - the only step you need to make is the next one. Know that, live that, and the rest will follow.

Many times the rejections are not about you. It's about the person who gives them. Don't take it too personally, it's not a judgement about your value.

I always try to contemplate the real reason because what they tell you may only be a half truth. Sometimes I simply ask and they respond with honesty, other times I need to read between the lines.

Work hard. Fail fast. Learn faster. Every rejection is feedback, every setback is a lesson, and every attempt makes you stronger. Stay curious, stay persistent, and keep improving. Success follows those who refuse to stop learning. I believe you are already on the path to success

I worked hard on a research paper, but it was rejected. Instead of giving up, I improved it and tried again. Although it was never accepted, the experience taught me resilience and showed me that every failure is a chance to learn, grow, and come back stronger.

Investors reject a version of your company they spend minutes understanding. Before changing direction, try fixing your story first.

Rejection is just redirection. If you got every 'yes' you wanted, you’d end up trapped in rooms you were never meant to occupy. Trust the 'no' because it’s a blessing in disguise clearing out the wrong paths so you can find the great one planned for you.

What has always worked for me is consistency. Believe in what you believe, stay true to it, and keep showing up every single day. Progress rarely comes overnight, but if you keep at it, things have a way of falling into place.

In my experience a rejection is seldom permanent. I went back six months later with new numbers to show, and the answer changed.

For me the trick is to always ask: who else should I speak with? Many nos are hiding a good introduction inside them.

Volume beats polish early. Send 10, not 1. My 10th pitch was miles better than my 1st, only because I sent the first nine.

a no in january is not a no in june. go back with traction.

Do not argue with a no. Thank them, ask one sharp question, and leave the door open. Costs nothing, pays off later.
